Once photos and videos of your home have been taken, we then list your home as live or active on the market. The first thing we want to do is to make sure the home stays clean. However the home looked on photo and video day is how we want it to look throughout the showing process. Making sure your home is clean is very important and if you are living in the home, make sure all your valuables are stowed away or secured off-site. We also want to make sure we can allow showings as much of the day as possible. It is best for the home to be vacant while we are doing showings so if you are still living in the home, please try to vacate when Realtors come to show it. To further guide you with this process, we will send you an email with detailed instructions on how to make your home show ready. And, we will continue to give you regular feedback on the showings.
