ABOUT MEGAN
A true “local”, Megan grew up in the DMV and still calls it home today. She’s lived in all three states over the years and has a vast knowledge of all of the sub-markets herein.
Megan hails from a family of homebuilders and property managers, the Broyhills, who built a lot of what is currently McLean and Arlington, VA. Her family managed rental properties as she was growing up, and it inspired her interest in real estate investing.
After attending college at the University of Virginia (Wahoowa!), she returned to the DC area and bought her first home, fixed it up, rented it, and never looked back. She began buying properties to fix up, rent, and eventually sell. She managed her own rental properties and tenants and then decided to begin selling real estate to help other people with their investments.
Megan is married to Alex, and thinks he’s the best thing since sliced bread. She loves their three children and seeing their smiley faces every day.
ABOUT ALEX
A native of Ohio, Alex brings Midwestern values and a servant’s heart to put his client’s before himself. An Ohio State alumnus (Go Bucks!), he moved to DC ten years ago to make this his home. He brings an engineering background with data and research to bear on each real estate transaction, believing the numbers can help you make an informed decision.
He works to create efficiencies and analyze data so that the complex becomes simple. His desire is to negotiate the most favorable outcome for his clients, with the most streamlined process possible, while upholding complete integrity.
Alex is married to Megan, and says he knew he wanted to marry her the first day he met her. He loves their three children and is growing his repertoire of dad jokes.
ABOUT RANDAL
A California native, Randal is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a degree in Economics/Business. After living in California, Texas, and New York, Randal and his wife moved their family to the DC Area in 2000 and reside in northern Virginia. One of their adult children also resides in Virginia, while two live in Columbus, Ohio.

Randal entered the real estate profession directly out of college and has been representing owners in the sale, purchase, or financing of institutional-grade office, retail, hospitality, and multi-family properties ever since. With his extensive real estate transaction background, Randal is excited to be working primarily on single-family transactions with Team Thiel, while also assisting long-term commercial property clients with specific sale or financing needs.

Outside of the real estate business, Randal has an extensive background in dog training, including several years of training dogs for personal and commercial protection. After many years of owning multiple dogs, with at least one being a German Shepard, Randal currently finds himself without his own dog, although he is always available to assist his wife with exercising and training her athletic, energetic, and highly intelligent Australian Shepard.
